Role Snapshot
Lead a web development team as Sr. Manager of AEM Architecture & Development at Pluralsight, driving strategic digital presence and marketing technology solutions within the Adobe ecosystem. Focus on scalable, high-performing solutions while mentoring developers and ensuring technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and mentor a web development team, oversee AEM implementation and cloud service planning, collaborate across functions to deliver projects on time, troubleshoot complex issues, and align projects with business objectives. Act as liaison between marketing and technology teams while staying current on Adobe and MarTech trends.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in AEM (sites, assets, workflows), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DevOps practices, cloud deployment, and Agile methodologies; expertise in web performance optimization, SEO, web accessibility (WCAG), security best practices, and complex problem-solving. Strong communication, mentoring, and strategic thinking abilities required.
Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in AEM architecture and management with proven track record in leading high-performing development teams; 2+ years in a leadership role required. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field preferred.

Compensation: $118K–$164K/yr
