Role Snapshot
HR PMO Lead overseeing governance and coordination for HR transformation initiatives at CDW, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and timely delivery of strategic programs.
Key Responsibilities: Establish program management frameworks, track budgets and risks, facilitate leadership reviews, and coordinate across HR workstreams (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, L&D, HR Technology). Support change management, manage projects from initiation to completion, and develop executive dashboards reporting on program health and financial performance.
Skills & Tools: Strong project management and financial oversight skills, proficiency with data visualization and project tracking tools, ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, and expertise in HR transformation and organizational change.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of HR transformation experience (or 9+ years without degree); PMP certification preferred; familiarity with HR functions and tools like Workday.

Compensation: $111K–$154K/yr
