Role Snapshot
Sourcebooks seeks a results-driven Development Manager to lead their internal development team, ensuring effective delivery of tools and projects through strong project management, team leadership, and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and coach a team of developers, manage project intake and scoping, assign balanced workloads, conduct performance reviews, and serve as the central intake point for internal development requests while maintaining stakeholder alignment.
Skills & Tools: Exceptional organizational skills, outstanding communication and follow-up abilities, proficiency with project management tools, and technical fluency in Azure, APIs, SQL/MySQL, and familiarity with SAP and EDI processes.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience); 5+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in a management, team lead, or project leadership role.
Location: Naperville, Illinois
Compensation: $95K–$110K/yr
