Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $50,000 - $70,000.

SUMMARYÂ
 The Operations Specialist will help manage Client Care’s digital adoptions tools to maximize efforts with AI and automation. They will also help manage other enterprise operational tools, as required based on business need, such as our CRM and phone tools to streamline processes and ensure consistency in reporting. This role will focus on the Relias client experience across its platform portfolio to help drive self-service resources and reduce client friction within our applications and across our self-help communities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSÂ
- Help manage enterprise digital adoption tools ( e.g. Pendo, SFDC, Relias Connect, etc.) to build, manage, and edit automated workflows and AI.Â
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify pain points in the client experience and run and analyze reports to determine where automation or digital intervention is needed, and the impact existing automation has had on metrics.Â
- Collaborate with management on research and identification of potential new tools, efficacy of current tools, and involvement in kickoff/implementation of new tools.
- Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

- Basic knowledge of platforms to understand layout and flow

- Ability to run and analyze reports within respective digital tools
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (MINIMUM REQUIRED)
- 1-3 years of experience in a Customer Service or Client Success role or Operations or Client Communication environment
EDUCATION REQUIRED (MINIMUM REQUIRED)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, or Hospitality
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION PREFERRED
- Previous SaaS experience
- Previous experience with SFDC
- Previous experience with Gainsight or other digital adoption tools
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
