Role Snapshot

Director of Product & Brand Marketing at Ascend Learning/NASM to lead a high-performing marketing team and drive brand differentiation and sales for fitness education products. This role involves strategic oversight of brand advertising, product marketing, social media, PR, events, and consumer research.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee brand advertising, product marketing, organic social media, PR, events, consumer research, and internal communications while developing comprehensive brand and product marketing plans. Partner with product leadership to accelerate sales and mentor a diverse, high-performing marketing team focused on industry leadership.
Skills & Tools: Leadership, analytical thinking, strategic planning, marketing analytics, product development understanding, and exceptional communication abilities. Experience in national consumer brand marketing and data-driven decision-making required.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience in product and brand marketing with demonstrated leadership experience. Proven track record in driving strategic marketing initiatives and managing high-performing teams.
Location: United States
Compensation: $120K–$180K/yr
