Role Snapshot

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality control procedures, conduct inspections and testing of solar products, and collaborate with manufacturing and operations teams to identify and resolve defects. Skills & Tools: Strong technical expertise in quality assurance methodologies, testing procedures, and solar/renewable energy product knowledge. Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with quality management systems and data analysis tools.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field with 2-5 years of quality engineering experience, preferably in manufacturing or renewable energy. Familiarity with ISO standards and solar industry specifications is preferred.
Location: In-Person - Jeffersonville, IN
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $65,000 – $85,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.
