Role Snapshot
Finalsite seeks a remote Vendor Program Manager to drive strategic cross-functional initiatives and optimize operational processes across the K-12 education SaaS company. This individual contributor role will align people, processes, and systems while developing and executing a scalable vendor management strategy.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage cross-functional programs focused on process optimization, map current-state workflows, identify gaps and propose scalable solutions, and develop vendor management strategies including selection, RFP processes, and contract negotiation. Track KPIs for initiative success, maintain documentation and reporting, and act as a connector across departments to drive alignment on shared priorities.
Skills & Tools: Strong contract and commercial acumen with pricing models (SaaS licensing, usage-based pricing, SLAs), excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence without authority, and proven data analysis capabilities. Comfort with multiple tools, high attention to detail, and demonstrated success in process mapping and operational improvement frameworks.
Qualifications: 5+ years in program management with focus on vendor management, procurement, or partner management in B2B SaaS or technology environments. Demonstrated success leading initiatives and building scalable processes within technology environments.
Location: United States
Compensation: $90K–$130K/yr
