We’re looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy Technical Product Manager to help shape and scale MyBooster, the platform that powers thousands of school fundraising events each year. How You’ll Impact Booster’s Mission:

As Technical Product Manager, you’ll lead projects end-to-end, from uncovering opportunities to launching products. Your day-to-day may include:

  • Reviewing feedback from schools, parents, and internal teams to spot trends and define opportunities.
  • Partnering with design in Figma or on a whiteboard to simplify user flows for parents, teachers, and PTO/PTA leaders.
  • Writing user stories and collaborating with engineering on trade-offs, requirements, and delivery.
  • Using analytics (Google Analytics, dashboards, experiments) to measure impact and adjust quickly.
  • Prototyping new ideas to validate before pulling in engineering.
  • Planning and executing go-to-market rollouts with cross-functional teams
  • Jumping in where needed: QA flows, troubleshoot with support, or prepare release notes and product update videos.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • 2–6 years of product management or related experience, ideally with a technical degree
  • Comfort discussing APIs, data flows, and platform trade-offs with engineers
  • Strong ability to analyze data, calculate business impact, and make ROI-driven decisions
  • Excellent prioritization skills with a bias toward iterative shipping and fast learning
  • Adaptable in ambiguous environments, and able to persevere through challenges and learn from them
  • Willingness to prototype, QA, and test hypotheses independently 
  • Strong communicator who can align diverse stakeholders with clarity
