Role Snapshot
Full-time Logistics & Warehouse Associate supporting Solution Tree's Marketing and Events departments in managing shipments, inventory, and warehouse operations. The role is critical to ensuring timely delivery of materials for events and tradeshows while maintaining accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities: Initiate bills of lading, coordinate shipments for events and tradeshows, maintain inventory records in spreadsheets, process inventory transfers and invoices, and serve as backup warehouse manager. Additional duties include order processing support, event logistics coordination, and general office tasks such as supply ordering and data management.
Skills & Tools: Logistics experience, customer service expertise, excellent written and verbal communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and strong attention to detail. Must understand inventory management systems and their impact on operations.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; a college degree is preferred but not necessary. Prior logistics and warehouse experience is expected.
Location: Bloomington, Indiana
Compensation: $35K–$50K/yr
