Role Snapshot
Sr. Configuration Associate at Meazure Learning leads internal projects, training initiatives, and quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of project delivery and client satisfaction in the education technology sector.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage internal projects from initiation to completion, develop and implement training programs, conduct quality assurance checks, maintain training documentation repositories, and provide ongoing technical support to internal teams and external clients.
Skills & Tools: Strong project management and leadership abilities, proficiency in MS Excel, excellent organizational and time-management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and understanding of training and quality assurance methodologies.
Qualifications: Extensive project coordination experience with a proven track record in managing complex processes. Experience in training development, quality assurance, and technical support delivery preferred.
Location: Hyde, Massachusetts
Compensation: $70K–$90K/yr
