Role Snapshot
Maintenance Technician for 3rd shift warehouse operations at Macmillan Learning, responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct preventative maintenance on conveyor systems, motors, and warehouse equipment; troubleshoot and repair system malfunctions; perform limited maintenance and repairs on facility systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety equipment.
Skills & Tools: Technical expertise in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and heating/air systems; ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics; strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities; working knowledge of safety and OSHA standards; effective communication and teamwork.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of related maintenance experience preferred; demonstrated technical knowledge in at least one core function such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or HVAC.
Location: Orange, Virginia
Compensation: $45K–$65K/yr
