Role Snapshot
Lead Booster's programs and initiatives in the Greensboro/Winston-Salem/High Point area, driving community impact and organizational growth. Serve as the primary representative responsible for program execution, relationship building, and strategic development in the region.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day program operations, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure successful implementation of Booster initiatives across the tri-city area. Coordinate team activities, track program metrics, and identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
Skills & Tools: Strong leadership and project management capabilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and proficiency in data tracking and reporting.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required. Prior experience in program management, community engagement, or nonprofit/mission-driven work preferred.
