Role Snapshot
Six-month remote contract role managing Smartsheet databases and title schedules for a publishing company's Adult Publishing Operations team. Responsible for maintaining data accuracy and supporting reporting tools that keep the publishing workflow running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities: Input and update scheduling data for active and upcoming titles in Smartsheet, support secondary schedule setup and adjustments, maintain dashboards and reporting tasks, and collaborate with Managing Editors to ensure accurate timelines. Contribute to system upkeep and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Skills & Tools: Strong proficiency in Smartsheet or similar project management tools, excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills, and strong communication abilities. Ability to work independently in a remote environment with enthusiasm for process and system improvements.
Qualifications: Prior experience in publishing operations, production, or managing editorial preferred but not required. No specific education level mentioned; focus on relevant experience and demonstrated skills.

Compensation: $35/hr
