Role Snapshot
Join Tutor Me Education as a fully remote Educational Case Manager to coordinate educational services, support families, and track student progress in a dynamic virtual environment. This role is integral to operational success by managing intakes, coordinating instructors, and ensuring academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct intakes with families and students, coordinate instructors, track student progress, manage class schedules, and provide virtual administrative support to regional operations. Monitor academic progress, manage virtual tutoring sessions, and ensure flawless execution of programs while maintaining customer service excellence.
Skills & Tools: Excellent English communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications, strong organizational and time management abilities, and effective virtual relationship management. Ability to work independently, adapt to changes, manage multiple responsibilities, and demonstrate learning agility in remote environments.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required with 2-3 years of progressive career growth in virtual operations and team environments. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are beneficial.
Location: United States
Compensation: $45K–$65K/yr
