Data Scientist role at Superhuman (formerly Grammarly) focused on growth analytics, experimentation, and leveraging data to enhance product strategy and user lifecycle experience through cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Design and oversee product experiments, conduct complex analyses to uncover user behavior patterns, mine datasets for marketing insights, and optimize multi-channel marketing touchpoints (email, in-product, push) to improve user engagement across the lifecycle.
Skills & Tools: Fluency in Python and SQL, strong statistical analysis abilities including causal inference and A/B testing, exceptional problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities to guide stakeholder decision-making.
Qualifications: 5+ years of relevant data science experience with a proven track record of delivering impactful analytical projects in growth domain. Ability to work independently and partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
