Role Snapshot
Data Analyst focused on Customer Experience at HMH, a learning technology company serving 50M+ students. Transforms data from product usage, support, and surveys into actionable insights that drive customer adoption and engagement decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain dashboards tracking CX KPIs, pull/transform data from CRM and product systems, analyze customer health and segmentation, support A/B testing and campaign evaluation, and provide ad-hoc analyses on support operations and customer trends.
Skills & Tools: Strong SQL and data manipulation abilities with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker); statistical analysis and experimentation experience; clear communication of insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, data analysis, education, or related field with 1-3 years of experience with complex visualization tools and CX/CS data.

Compensation: $70Kβ$75K/yr
