Role Snapshot
Material Handler for 3rd shift warehouse operations at Macmillan Learning, responsible for order selection, packaging, and quality inspections while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities: Select and prepare products for shipment, inspect books for quality, pick correct quantities and SKUs, apply labels, maintain clean work areas, and move between departments as needed to meet production demands.
Skills & Tools: Basic mathematics, computer and keyboarding skills, ability to read and follow instructions, effective written and verbal communication, and physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; ability to perform physical warehouse tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
Location: Gordonsville, Virginia
Compensation: $30K–$40K/yr
