Role Snapshot
The Coda Solutions Architect role partners with enterprise customers to design, implement, and optimize solutions that enhance business outcomes using Coda's platform. You'll act as a trusted technical advisor, combining product management, process optimization, and technical implementation expertise.
Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver custom solutions based on customer discovery, guide technical implementation, audit and optimize existing use cases, and act as a trusted partner in creating and streamlining critical business processes. Collaborate cross-functionally with customer stakeholders, sales, customer success, and Coda's product team to ensure successful deployment and long-term impact.
Skills & Tools: Required skills include strong relationship-building capabilities, technical curiosity with experience in complex software systems, and technical knowledge spanning database architecture, APIs, low- and no-code tools, and formula languages. Proficiency in SaaS products and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups at varying technical levels.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, or Technical Support, ideally in enterprise SaaS or productivity software. Familiarity with Coda or similar tools and strong understanding of enterprise business processes and digital transformation are preferred.
Location: United States or Canada
Compensation: $166K–$230K/yr
