Role Snapshot
Lead cross-functional growth initiatives at Superhuman (formerly Grammarly) as a Sr. Technical Program Manager, driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue through strategic program orchestration and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: Manage growth programs from conception through execution, including launching new growth channels, scaling successful tactics across the organization, and building growth operations infrastructure. Bridge product, engineering, data, and go-to-market teams to translate market insights into actionable programs that drive acquisition, retention, and monetization.
Skills & Tools: 5+ years driving growth programs with proficiency in bridging technical and business concepts, exceptional stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making. Strong ability to navigate ambiguity, establish scalable systems, and champion Product-Led Growth (PLG) principles.
Qualifications: Proven track record implementing scalable systems in high-growth tech environments with demonstrated success in experimentation at scale. Experience with growth operations, experiment management platforms, and translating growth vision into measurable business results.
Location: San Francisco, California
Compensation: $192K–$264K/yr
