Role Snapshot
Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis function at Reading Partners, a nonprofit focused on solving the literacy crisis through volunteer tutoring. Provide strategic financial support and critical analysis to senior leadership while managing a team of two.
Skills & Tools: Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities with proficiency in Excel and financial planning software. Excellent communication abilities to present complex financial information to diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications: 10+ years of FP&A experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role and a bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. Nonprofit experience preferred.
Location: California
Compensation: $136K–$152K/yr
