Role Snapshot
Regional Program Manager role at Elevo Learning leading a team of coaches to deliver high-quality enrichment programs in Fontana, CA. The position ensures student well-being through effective team management, program quality oversight, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop coaches while managing daily operational logistics including site visits, HR paperwork, scheduling, and timesheet approval. Collaborate with training teams, conduct performance observations, implement program improvements, and maintain alignment with school staff and administrators.
Skills & Tools: Strong team management and leadership abilities with excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and customer service excellence. Adaptability in dynamic environments and comfort with light physical activity required.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience or prior experience with Elevo. Preferred qualifications include background in education or enrichment programs for TK-6th grade and intermediate Microsoft Office 365 proficiency.

Compensation: $68K–$72K/yr
