Role Snapshot

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end program delivery including planning, monitoring, and reporting of critical workstreams while identifying risks and ensuring alignment with business goals. Serve as a bridge between technical, product, data science, and engineering teams to define objectives, create roadmaps, and establish success metrics.
Skills & Tools: Strong expertise in program management, agile methodologies, and effective stakeholder communication combined with technical understanding of software development processes. Proficiency with tools like Jira and Confluence, with demonstrated ability to mentor teams and influence cross-functional partners.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of program management experience with proven success driving large-scale programs in complex enterprise environments. Experience working closely with agile development teams and familiarity with EdTech industry or educational publishing preferred.

Compensation: $72K–$110K/yr
