Role Snapshot

The Contract Specialist manages the full contract lifecycle at Bluum, including drafting, reviewing, and maintaining customer and vendor agreements while ensuring compliance and accuracy across all contract documentation and internal systems.

Key Responsibilities: Daily tasks include drafting and processing contracts, monitoring expirations and renewals, maintaining accurate records in centralized systems, setting pricing levels, and serving as the point of contact for assigned contracts across Sales, Procurement, Finance, and external partners. The role also involves preparing performance reports, facilitating quarterly contract reviews, and supporting the development of standard operating procedures and templates.
Skills & Tools: Required skills include strong contract management and negotiation abilities, proficiency with database systems and documentation practices, attention to detail, and excellent organizational capabilities. Strong communication and liaison skills across multiple departments are essential.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include prior experience in contract management, familiarity with procurement processes, and demonstrated organizational skills. A background supporting contract operations or vendor/customer agreement management is advantageous.

Compensation: $70K–$100K/yr
