The Role
As an Enablement Specialist, you’ll support our revenue team initiatives and internal training, process documentation, and alignment. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders such as other members of the Enablement team, marketing, and sales team members. You will standardize processes, find areas of optimization, and design/deliver training. We’re looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and process-driven individual who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving positive changes to our enablement programs.
Who You Are
- Background in training, learning & development, adult education (2-3 years)
- Adept at both designing live and asynchronous trainings
- Comfortable with a variety of learning tools to deliver training to a remote audience
- Understands how to measure training effectiveness
- Strong communicator, especially written, with experience delivering facilitations
- Experienced in SaaS sales training with proven success is a plus
What You’ll Do
- Support sales and marketing team initiatives through the design of learning materials and execution of trainings
- Assist in needs assessments to determine seller readiness for GTM initiatives
- Project manage the rollout of training initiatives that cross multiple teams, as needed
- Help identify, position, and determine the best delivery format for training content
- Track success metrics and identify trends for training engagement and key training initiatives; recommend adjustments to training strategy

The typical base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 per year. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base pay for this position and your pay will be determined by a variety of factors, including your primary work location, skills, qualifications and experience.
