Role Snapshot
Join Elevo as a Regional Program Training Manager to lead training and quality assurance for onsite staff while empowering coaches and ensuring optimal implementation of educational programs across school sites.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-impact coach training on trauma-informed care and social-emotional learning, mentor staff during onboarding, conduct program observations with real-time feedback, and lead a regional team through frequent school site visits to ensure program health and student development.
Skills & Tools: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a background in team leadership or coach development; experience with data-driven decision-making and program quality improvement is essential.
Qualifications: Prior experience in team leadership or coach development required; preferred qualifications include background in TKβ8 education, knowledge of social-emotional learning practices, and prior experience with Elevo.

Compensation: $67Kβ$72K/yr
