SUMMARY:

The Product Manager partners with cross-functional teams to define, deliver, and iterate on product solutions that meet customer needs and drive measurable business outcomes. This role requires a strong ability to gather insights, define functional requirements, and support product strategy execution in collaboration with UX, Engineering, Marketing, and other teams.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Contributing to the development of product strategy by researching and identifying opportunities based on data, market signals, and customer feedback. Aligning internal stakeholders such as engineering, marketing, and customer success on product goals, trade-offs, and priorities. Collaborating with cross-functional partners to balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.
  • Supporting analysis of market opportunity and competitive landscape using TAM/SAM, value propositions, and financial inputs.
  • Helping define and test hypotheses using customer feedback, product data, and A/B experimentation.
  • Conducting customer interviews, survey analysis, and product usage reviews to gather insights and inform product decisions.
  • Using product data (activation, engagement, retention) to track success and identify trends; summarizing insights for action.
  • Breaking down product initiatives into clearly scoped milestones with support from UX and Engineering partners.
  • Operating effectively in a rapidly evolving organization; anticipating change and proactively adapt plans, communication, and priorities.
  • Ensuring alignment on business context and product direction with team members during planning and execution.
  • Writing clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that ensure shared understanding and high-quality delivery.
  • Participating in sprint planning and backlog grooming; helping prioritize features based on value, scope, and impact.
  • Facilitating and performing demos for both technical and business stakeholders. Demo product features to stakeholders and gather feedback for iteration
  • Supporting release planning and readiness by creating FAQs, release notes, and launch briefs in partnership with Marketing.
  • Defining and continuously monitor success metrics for your feature releases and track progress post-launch; recommend next steps.
  • Participating in product post-mortems and continuous improvement conversations with peers and stakeholders
  • Contributing to improvements in product development processes and share learnings with peers
  • Other duties as assigned.

YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • Experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or healthcare
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience applying product thinking to user and business problems; uses data to justify prioritization decisions.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders across disciplines.
  • Understanding of agile development, UX, and customer discovery techniques
  • Understanding of business requirements of internal functions like sales, engineering, and marketing
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly in writing and presentations; can confidently lead meetings
  • Ability to influence others without formal authority by building trust and advocating for users.
  • Ability to evaluate and prioritize Generative AI use cases based on GenAI capabilities and limitations, aligned with user needs and platform strategy

EDUCATION PREFERRED

  • Degree in computer science, technical discipline, or healthcare specialty
