Role Snapshot
The Warehouse Associate supports accurate and timely delivery of IT products through receiving, processing, and shipping orders while maintaining inventory management systems. This role is vital to maintaining strong customer partnerships for an industry-leading IT solutions provider.
Key Responsibilities: Receive and process purchase orders, manage inventory through daily cycle counts, pick and pack customer orders, and ensure timely shipping. Work collaboratively to achieve key performance indicators while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Skills & Tools: Detail-oriented with strong data entry and inventory management abilities, proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Infor CSI) and inventory management software (preferably Pacejet), and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a results-oriented mindset and ability to identify and solve process improvement issues.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years of progressive experience in warehouse, inventory management, stocking, or related warehouse roles. Self-directed work style with ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and deliver results.
Location: Muskogee, Oklahoma
Compensation: $18/hr
