Role Snapshot

Lead a team of coaches and manage operational logistics for high-quality educational programs at Elevo Learning in Lancaster, CA. Ensure effective program delivery while fostering coach development and maintaining strong customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership to coaches, conduct site visits to assess program quality, oversee HR paperwork and scheduling, and collaborate with training managers to implement curriculum. Perform coach performance observations, facilitate field interviews, and liaise with school staff to resolve issues and drive program improvements.
Skills & Tools: Strong team management, leadership, and customer service skills with professional written and verbal communication. Problem-solving, detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience or Elevo-specific experience; comfortable with light physical activity and visiting school sites 3+ times weekly. Preferred experience in TK-6th grade enrichment programming and intermediate Microsoft Office 365 proficiency.
Location: Lancaster, California
Compensation: $66K–$71K/yr
