Role Snapshot
Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at Finalsite will lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic reporting to support executive leadership and board-level decision-making. This fully remote role drives financial accountability and growth across a K-12 education technology company serving over 7,000 schools globally.
Key Responsibilities: Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and financial modeling for revenue, margins, headcount, and cash flow while building dashboards for key SaaS metrics like ARR, churn, and CAC. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and HR to provide financial guidance on strategic initiatives, hiring plans, and organizational investments.
Skills & Tools: Advanced Excel proficiency, strong analytical capabilities, and deep understanding of SaaS financial metrics and business models. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to present insights to executives and drive financial accountability across departments.
Qualifications: 5-10 years of FP&A experience with preferred background in Professional Services financial planning and familiarity with NetSuite or Adaptive Planning systems. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (implied from senior manager level).
