Role Snapshot
Senior Financial Analyst role at McGraw Hill supporting the K12 team with financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic financial guidance. The position drives business performance through cross-functional collaboration and provides critical decision support to senior management.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth financial analyses, support annual budgeting and forecasting processes, and develop financial models for scenario planning. Prepare financial reports and dashboards, provide actionable insights to stakeholders, and partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate financial planning and resource allocation.
Skills & Tools: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, financial analysis and modeling capabilities, and familiarity with financial reporting software. Strong communication abilities with capacity to present complex financial data clearly and work independently with attention to detail.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required; CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certifications preferred. Minimum 3+ years of progressive professional experience in finance roles with focus on financial investment, planning, and analysis.
