Director of Membership and Corporate Engagement – Join Our Team!
We are actively seeking a talented Director of Membership and Corporate Engagement to join the SETDA team.
In this role, you will enhance the membership experience, ensuring that the needs of state education agency, affiliate, and corporate members are met while driving growth and retention. You will develop strategies to attract new members, maximize value, and create sustainable revenue streams that align with SETDA’s mission.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will contribute to increasing membership revenue, optimizing dues structures, and introducing new programs. You will also cultivate partnerships with senior leaders across various sectors, playing a critical role in SETDA’s financial health and long-term sustainability.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the K-12 market and education technology landscape, and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. Proven experience in customer service is required, with a preference for those with experience in association or non-profit environments.
