Responsibilities & Qualifications
Position Summary
- Reviews the computation of pay and ensures the company payroll policies are in accordance with the government regulations Responds to and resolves any inquiries regarding paychecks
- May coordinate payroll with outside service provider
- Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function
- Working with Global Payroll
We are looking for someone who brings
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent
- Typically requires 10+ years of related experience
- Payroll Certifications
- 10+ years global payroll processing
Computer/Technical:
- Proficient in Office 365 - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Demonstrate ability to learn and understand basic office software applications
- Payroll Software
- Workday and Cloud Pay required
- Global payroll processing knowledge
- Travel & Expense Software
- Must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Must have the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organization and follow up skills
- Excellent relationship building skills and ability to work both individually and as a member of a team are necessary
- Proven ability to manage large projects with exceptional project management skills
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with keen ability to deal with detailed, and sometimes ambiguous, information
- Skilled at interacting with employees at all levels within the organization
