Role Snapshot
Director of Data & AI Solutions at McGraw Hill leading AI and data-driven initiatives within higher education, shaping strategic vision for AI solutions and driving innovation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Shape strategic vision and execution of AI/data initiatives, manage product roadmaps, and foster cross-team collaboration across platform, engineering, product, marketing, and sales. Own budget management, establish KPIs, recruit and mentor high-performing teams, and drive continuous improvement of AI-enabled solutions.
Skills & Tools: Strong background in product management, AI, and data science with technical proficiency in AI technologies and data analytics tools. Demonstrated leadership capabilities to influence stakeholders, navigate matrix organizations, and communicate effectively across diverse teams.
Qualifications: 5-10 years of relevant experience in product management, AI, or data science with proven track record managing AI-driven solutions. Strong understanding of financial and budget management required.

Compensation: $99K–$175K/yr
