Role Description: The Senior Marketing Operations Manager is a talented generalist who will be help build business critical functions that help us scale. Despite having over 4 million users, we're only just beginning to build our marketing team. You'll love this role if you're a talented builder with aptitude for data, technology, and getting stuff done.

Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize campaign management, lead flow, and reporting for in-person and digital events, ABM, and online channels.
Create scalable systems and processes in collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations teams.
Lead cross-functional marketing projects to ensure alignment with business goals.
Implement and integrate tools and platforms to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
Provide performance updates and actionable insights based on data analysis.
Ensure compliance with marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, CCPA).

Experience:

5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pardot (B2B Account Engagement), HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Experience with ABM tools (e.g., 6Sense, RollWorks, Clearbit) is a plus.
Startup experience preferred.
Recent IC (individual contributor) role experience.
