Role Snapshot
Data Services Generalist supporting customer data needs throughout onboarding and ongoing implementation at Branching Minds, an EdTech platform serving 2,000+ K12 districts. The role ensures customers have seamless, accurate, and efficient data experiences that maximize platform utilization.
Key Responsibilities: Guide customers through data onboarding including integration and platform configuration, manage data connections across rostering and assessment systems, and provide exceptional customer support via multiple channels. Monitor and troubleshoot data issues, validate incoming files, maintain customer data profiles, and act as liaison between district partners and internal teams.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong customer-facing support capabilities, data interpretation expertise, and excellent communication skills. Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously.
Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in customer data support with familiarity in EdTech data systems. Passion for education and equity with ability to understand district data systems and integration needs.
Location: United States
Compensation: $55K–$75K/yr
