Role Snapshot

The Marketing Manager, Campaign develops and executes integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, and offline channels to drive business results while managing a creative marketing team. This role bridges strategic planning with creative execution, ensuring campaigns deliver meaningful business impact through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels while defining goals, metrics, and KPIs with cross-functional stakeholders. Lead creative briefing development, manage campaign budgets and timelines, mentor team members, and translate performance insights into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Skills & Tools: Requires strong strategic thinking, campaign optimization expertise, leadership and mentoring capabilities, and excellent communication and project management skills. Must demonstrate proficiency in performance measurement, data analysis, creative direction, and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Qualifications: Minimum 8-10 years of marketing campaign planning, execution, and team leadership experience with strong preference for B2B and agency backgrounds. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent professional experience required.
Location: Torrance, California
Compensation: $105K–$120K/yr
