Role Snapshot
Lead product development for the Talent Management suite at Eightfold, overseeing strategy and execution across diverse employee personas. Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver customer outcomes and product growth in the Enterprise SaaS space.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute product strategy and vision for Talent Management, collaborating with Design and Engineering teams to build quality products on schedule. Lead cross-functional efforts, build for different employee personas, and demonstrate tangible customer value outcomes.
Skills & Tools: 10+ years of Product Management experience in Enterprise SaaS with proven ability to develop product vision and strategy based on deep market and customer understanding. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), with demonstrated ability to drive support across executive leadership and cross-functional partners.
Qualifications: 10+ years in Product Management, ideally within Enterprise SaaS, with proven track record of launching and growing products with measurable qualitative and quantitative customer impact. Previous leadership experience is beneficial.
Location: Santa Clara, California
Compensation: $160K–$240K/yr
