Job Summary:
The Director of FP&A position has responsibility for planning, forecasting, and reporting activities for total company revenue and marketing spend. This role leads a team that works cross-functionally with partners in marketing, operations, partner support, and finance to deliver actionable insight into key trends.

- Revenue Planning, Forecasting and Reporting
- Digital Marketing Planning, Forecasting and Reporting
- Data Analytics & Dashboarding
- Team Leadership

- Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need for Success:
You must meet the following requirements to be considered for employment:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
- 10-15 years of experience in a relevant field is preferred.
- Proven ability in effective financial management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint (intermediate) is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau is preferred, with the ability to utilize this tool for enhanced data visualization and business intelligence.
