Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated resource to expand the Colibri Healthcare footprint with our continuing education solutions in a variety of markets including but not limited to post-acute care, telehealth, group medical, state associations, staffing companies and other non-hospital, clinical settings. Colibri Healthcare will look to this person to help facilitate additional revenue from these solutions and expand our footprint in these adjacent markets.
What You'll Do
- Achieve assigned revenue targets
- Generate new leads with existing clients and prospects
- Map out existing clients and the potential add-on suggestions
- Gain proficiency in communicating Colibri Healthcare value to prospects and be able to demo products as part of the sales process
- Monitor and educate yourself on competitors by keeping an updated repository and updating competitive intelligence on CRM
- Work with the marketing team to standardize messaging and e-mail campaigns
- Provide feedback to Colibri Healthcare on product requests, functionality, and act as conduit to the organization
- Report to management any potentially significant changes in relationship with current accounts
- Travel when necessary for trade shows, or large strategic meetings
- Development of revenue goals and define specific objectives required to achieve goals
- Report bi-weekly on objective achievements
- Utilize Salesforce.com for sales opportunity distribution, tracking and reporting
- Complete other duties and special projects as assigned
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred; applicable experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Minimum of five (5) years of Sales experience
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred
- Proven track record of expanding revenues within existing accounts
- Ability to work independently, use solid judgment and create “client-ready” deliverables
- Comfortable with selling to Senior Leadership and capable of getting relevant meetings across multiple call points within prospects required to be successful
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
- Ability to work effectively with the sales, marketing and leadership team
- Demonstrated excellent verbal communication, written communication and follow-through skills
- Ability to utilize ancillary research tools to mine prospects and corporate contacts
- Professional attitude, presence and communication skills
- Collaborative approach working with internal subject matter experts
- Expected Travel is 10% of the time for tradeshows and conferences
