Role Snapshot
Coursera is seeking a Bot Strategist to own and enhance their AI-driven bot ecosystem (chat and email), expanding LLM-powered capabilities to improve user interactions and support outcomes across the platform.
Key Responsibilities: Expand LLM-powered bot actions, improve model accuracy through training and experiments, design and document global bot instructions, build monitoring dashboards for CSAT and deflection metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to optimize bot performance.
Skills & Tools: Required skills include experience with customer support bots, proficiency with LLM-powered technology, data-driven analysis capabilities, and familiarity with bot platforms like Ada and Dialogflow. Preferred expertise in prompt engineering, API integrations, online education, and help center optimization.
Qualifications: Qualifications should include demonstrated experience in building or managing customer support bots and working with LLM technology in a production environment. Preferred background includes experience in online education, API integration work, and prompt engineering expertise.
Location: Canada
Compensation: CA$74K–CA$93K/yr
