This is a full-time exempt position reporting into our Director of Digital Marketing in our Milpitas office
Position Description:
We are looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing content marketing strategies that promote our company's products and services. This role involves creating engaging content that attracts and engages the target audience, drives website traffic, and generates leads.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Content Marketing strategies that support the company's business goals and maps to key touch points and customer journey phases
- Create and manage engaging content for the company's website, blog, social media, email, and other digital channels ensuring it fits key messaging and brand voice
- In collaboration with product marketing team, work with agency/contract resource to finalize content for marketing collateral such as datasheets, white papers, case studies etc.
- Develop creative copy for the website, email and other digital channels
- Manage and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed via A/B testing
- Leverage SEO insights, data & competitive analysis to adjust content strategy, identify content opportunities & optimize existing content
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in content marketing
What Success Looks Like:
- You ensure alignment of the company's offerings with member needs, driving revenue growth and customer retention
- You provide quality content marketing support to product marketing managers, marketing communications managers, digital marketing and product teams able to take existing positioning and key messaging into digital marketing content for paid owned and earned media
- You deliver ideas clearly and confidently, using creative approaches to translate complex concepts into resonant messages
- You lead multiple projects at a time, defining the scope of work, deliverables, and timelines
Experience & Success Factors:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years experience as a Content Marketing Manager or similar role
- Experience in technology industry, semiconductor would be a plus
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Technical writing experience is good to have
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive and open-minded attitude
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach
- Organized, great attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Suites, project management tools such as SmartSheets, Asana or Wrike
- SEO and Google Analytics required.
- SEMRush or similar tool experience preferred
- HTML/CSS experience
- Photoshop basics preferred
- Drupal CMS experience – nice to have
