Role Snapshot
The Associate Chief of Staff will partner with the Chief of Staff and CEO to drive strategic initiatives, build operating rhythms, and enable effective decision-making across departments in a high-growth tech environment.
Key Responsibilities: Scope and drive top strategic initiatives across GTM, Product, R&D, Ops, and G&A while coordinating planning cycles, building dashboards, and removing bottlenecks. Work cross-functionally to align strategies, resolve interdependencies, and ensure effective communication flow across teams.
Skills & Tools: Exceptional problem-solving abilities with capacity to structure ambiguity and understand complex business systems, combined with strong bias for action, intellectual curiosity, and excellent interpersonal collaboration skills.
Qualifications: Experience in high-growth tech environments, particularly in AI or SaaS, is preferred but not required. Self-starter mentality with demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive impact across cross-functional teams.
Location: Santa Clara, California
Compensation: $120K–$180K/yr
