Role Snapshot
RethinkFirst is seeking an AR Specialist/Collections to manage the full collections cycle, monitor aging reports, resolve billing issues, and ensure HIPAA compliance in a remote capacity. This role is critical for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company's behavioral health technology mission.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts via phone, email, and third-party platforms; generate accurate customer invoices and identify billing errors; coordinate with departments for complex cases and recommend account escalations or write-offs when necessary.
Skills & Tools: Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), strong attention to detail, and ability to manage high-volume tasks efficiently. Experience with ERP systems (Sage Intacct or NetSuite) and Salesforce preferred.
Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or collections roles. Preferred experience with Sage Intacct, NetSuite, and Salesforce platforms.
Location: Pennsylvania
Compensation: $45K–$65K/yr
