This position is a hybrid role open to candidates in the greater Tampa Bay area. This position will require the intern to work in our Clearwater, FL office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).

As a Courseware Technologist Intern, you will build learning activities that can include courses, assessments, games, and more. In addition, you will provide assistance to internal and external customers through technical and product support. You do not need to have a background in information security. Just have an interest in producing online content for eLearning, supporting customers, and contributing to the growing library of content resources. Additionally, you will work together with other courseware technologists, eLearning developers, QA, and engineers in a fast-paced environment using product/project management tools and developing standards for partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build high-quality courseware using predetermined files and assets to build SCORM packages
- Familiarity with various learning management systems
- Stay up-to-date on the latest audio, video, and eLearning courseware technology tools and best practices to apply them to KnowBe4 courseware.
- Conform with Web Accessibility requirements to make sure that all learners can access the learning activities created
- Assist internal and external customers by providing attentive service via support channels

Training on HTML/CSS, elearning authoring tools, accessibility, project management tools, and communication channels.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS frontend development basics
- Experience as an end-user of computer-based training
- Experience with internal or external customer service
- Interest and understanding of video and audio editing software
- Experience with G Suite products and MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Knowledge of web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
- A strong passion for learning and adapting to new technologies
- Working with peers in other groups to define software standards and explore new technologies
- Experience with assisting and interacting with customers to provide solutions
Education:
- High School Diploma
- Working towards A.A. in Computer Science, Computer Programming, Web Development, UI/UX Design, Digital Design, or related areas
