The Role
As a Customer Education Specialist, you’ll support our training services program. Your role will be vital to deliver impactful product training to drive adoption for our clients. You will collaborate with account reps and solutions engineers to deliver and continue developing product training. We’re looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and service-driven individual who is comfortable leading interactive instruction, updating content, and supporting our growing training program.
What You'll Do
- Deliver trainings to Teachers, Admins, and Counselors on our GoGuardian and Pear Deck Learning Suites
- Become an expert in our product, value proposition, and best practices to effectively articulate and support all product trainings
- Support customer education by continuing to develop and update training content
- Facilitate recurring webinar and custom trainings as part of the training services team and act as enthusiastic, knowledgeable and empathetic brand ambassador
- Manage Professional Development workflow for clients experiencing varying levels of need for product training
- Up to 60% travel
Who You Are
- 5+ years prior experience in any combination of software training, K-12 teaching, adult education, coaching, or live facilitation
- Experience in curriculum and instruction or the Pear Assessment product directly HIGHLY preferable
- Ability to quickly develop rapport and trust with a diverse customer base and leads with patience and empathy
- Past experience in instructional design or lesson planning
- Self-starter, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
- Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration to support training initiatives for team
- Self-starter who is consistently driven to find new solutions, improve content, and optimize processes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment; adaptable to shift priorities quickly

The typical base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base pay for this position and your pay will be determined by a variety of factors, including your primary work location, skills, qualifications and experience.
