Key Responsibilities: Design and animate motion graphics for digital, social, web, and presentations; edit video content including pacing, color correction, and compositing; develop templated motion systems for team reuse; and manage multiple projects while ensuring brand alignment and quality standards.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro with working knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop; strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and visual storytelling; excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication abilities.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, or related field; ability to translate creative concepts into compelling motion and video experiences while staying current on industry trends.

Compensation: $58K–$76K/yr

Working closely with cross-functional creative partners, this role ensures outputs are visually compelling, technically sound, and aligned to brand standards. What you'll do here: Create engaging video and motion design assets for brand, marketing, and internal communications Design and animate motion graphics for digital, social, web, presentations, and internal channels Develop and maintain templated motion and video systems to enable fast, consistent reuse across teams Edit video content, including pacing, color correction, audio refinement, and basic compositing Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines, visual identity, and quality standards Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, creative leads, and program managers Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Prepare and deliver assets in multiple formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining quality and timelines Maintain well-organized files and adhere to established workflows and processes Stay current on motion design trends, tools, and industry best practices

Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.
