As a key member of the Revenue Enablement team, Axonify’s Proposal Writer will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure that each proposal is accurate, complete and submitted on time. The successful candidate will utilize effective time management, clear, concise communication, and a strong initiative to take on all tasks and challenges as they arise.
The impact you'll have:
- Develop, manage and lead RFP activities with cross functional teams, which includes project management and writing of RFP responses.
- Manage and enhance Axonify’s RFP/RFI process.
- Own and maintain the proposal response library by updating content and eliminating redundancies within Loopio.
- Gather proposal information by identifying content sources and coordinating with key contributors.
- Produce quality responses to RFP/RFIs by following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone.
- Track all RFPs and RFIs received for reporting and success tracking.
- Create and maintain RFP/RFI influential market facing materials.
- Assist with proposal creation within the Sales Process and Renewal Process .
- Provide additional writing support when required to help win deals.
- Other duties as required.
What you'll bring:
- Professional Experience. 2+ years of experience responding to formal RFP/RFI requests and or formal writing experience.
- Experience complying with response, legal and compliance requirements.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align writing to a brand voice gained through a combination of post-secondary education and experience.
- Strong understanding of RFP requirements with a high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities.
- Superior writing skills. A passion for writing and crafting a message that matches a brand voice.
- Performance. Superior organization and project management skills. Demonstrated competency related to cross-team collaboration.
- Tools. Comfortable learning new tools like Loopio and excited to become our SME within the platform. Also comfortable using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- A Great Attitude. Enjoy collaborating and building relationships across teams to achieve common goals. A team spirit that wants to be part of something great!
