Summary

The Integration Analyst assists the Senior Integration Analyst in managing information technology systems for Texas Woman's University's Housing & Dining department, which serves 2,400 students. The role involves developing and maintaining software applications, analyzing reports, troubleshooting systems, and ensuring successful integration of administrative and academic systems.

Key Responsibilities: Define, develop, test, and maintain software applications; generate and analyze reports; provide on-site technical troubleshooting with stakeholders; manage the Makerspace; and support POS system computers. Consult with users to identify operating procedures, clarify program objectives, and maintain system excellence through evaluation, gap analysis, and design of IT systems.
Skills & Tools: Advanced technical expertise in information technology systems, software development, system integration, and network systems; strong analytical and report-generation capabilities; excellent communication skills for consulting with users and stakeholders.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; six years of job-related work in computing and/or communications in an education environment highly preferred. Technology and network systems certifications preferred.
Location: Denton, Texas, United States (on-site; regular and reliable attendance at the University during scheduled work hours is required)
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $55,000 – $75,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.

Job Description

Texas Woman’s University is hiring an Integration Analyst for the Housing & Dining department! With an enrollment of more than 15,000 students, TWU is the nation’s largest university primarily for women. TWU is located in Denton, Texas, just north of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. University Housing & Dining houses 2,400 students. The Integration Analyst will assist the Senior Integration Analyst in managing information technology for the department, generating and analyzing reports, on site trouble-shooting with stakeholders, managing the Makerspace, and supporting POS system computers.

JOB SUMMARY

The role of the Integration Analyst includes defining, developing, testing, analyzing, and maintaining new software applications to achieve the university’s business requirements. Consults with users to identify operating procedures and clarify complex program objectives. Provides technical expertise required for advanced information technology systems and is responsible for ensuring the successful integration of administrative, auxiliary, and academic systems. Maintains a standard of excellence in the evaluation, gaps analysis, design, integration, and analysis of information technology systems supporting the mission of the University. Work is performed under the limited supervision of the Manager or Director for the assigned work unit, and performance is based upon completion of assignments and results obtained. The performance evaluation is conducted through the performance evaluation system and in accordance with the University Policies & Procedures.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree required. Technology and network systems certifications preferred. 

EXPERIENCE

Six years job related work in computing and/or communications, education environment highly preferred.
