Role Snapshot
FP&A Sr Manager at Ascend Learning leading financial reporting and analysis for IT Services and Instructional Learning & Assessment Solutions, driving capital planning and spend efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Own financial reporting for ITS and ILAS including monthly close support, forecasting, and variance analysis; partner with technology leadership on P&L, headcount, and spend tracking; maintain capital investment dashboards and ensure reporting consistency.
Skills & Tools: Advanced Excel proficiency, strong analytical abilities, familiarity with financial systems and data visualization tools, and capability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines while balancing detail-orientation with strategic perspective.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with 7+ years of FP&A experience; preferred experience in technology-related financial roles and proven track record in financial analysis and reporting.
Location: Leawood, Kansas
Compensation: $100K–$150K/yr
