We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our growing team at GiveSmart in Atlanta, Georgia!
*This position will be full-time in an office in the Atlanta, GA area. Candidates must be within commuting distance.*

Responsibilities & Qualifications
Position Summary
A sales developmenet representative generates new business opportunities by identifying and qulaifying potential customers to move along the sales process.
A Day in the Life
- Engage with nonprofit organizations to get a better understanding of their mission, goals, challenges, and needs.
- Work closely with your manager and teammates to develop your own unique sales style that leverages your personality with expert sales skills and strategies.
- Understand what our partners’ fundraising goals are and help them see how GiveSmart can help achieve them.
- Schedule qualified demos from your own outbound research for the outside sales reps.
- Make 50-100 cold calls on a daily basis to build and manage lead development pipeline.
- Proactively call prospects in target markets on a daily basis.
- Answer sales emails and qualify new leads over the phone.
- Manage data for new and prospective clients in our CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
- Build prospective client lists for our target markets.
- Assist Sales Manager with specific sales projects in a timely, and detail orientated, manner.
- Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of our services and technology platform and be able to clearly articulate the advantages over competitors.
- Contribute to every component of the critical functions associated with fulfilling the sales cycle (forecasting, reporting, customer database maintenance, communications etc.).
We are looking for someone who brings

- Effective time management skills
- A see it, say it, fix it attitude
- 1-2 years telemarketing and/or inside sales experience is a plus
- A proven track record of successful prospect engagement
- Nonprofit experience (either working for or volunteering)
- Experience selling in the tech industry
- Ability to travel up to 10%
